Mr. B and I, co-workers! Kind of....

Breaking News:

Mr. B will be working in the same company as me as of tomorrow!

Explanation:

The shipping and recieving dude is getting up there in years and they overwork him. Majorly overwork him. He has been through I'd say five helpers in the past year and a half. That's not good. For one: his helpers come through a temp agency (which a temp agency isn't terrible! My company hires 90% of it's employees through temp agencies!), and the ones they send over are usually illegal immigrants so they just work as long as they can without having to produce legal papers and then the company makes them leave if they can't produce any papers. Two: they are just lazy bastards who don't want to work. Three: they don't want to wait 10 weeks before coming on as a regular employee.

This last helper S&R Dude (shipping and recieving dude) had, only had two weeks to go before coming on as a regular employee, but he didn't want to wait. Impatient retard. So he walked out yesterday. S&R Dude needs someone permanent to train before he takes a vacation in June. So it's Mr. B to the rescue!! S&R Dude also needs someone to eventually take over for him, because I figure he's only got a year or two left before he retires.

Mr. B is basically leaving Wal-Fart high and dry. And who gives a damn anyways. They are evil. Evil evil evil. It will be good for him to work here, he'll get paid more, and after he gets on as a regular employee he will actually get benefits. And with us "carpooling", we will save money on gas, and be able to start saving money for other junk (mainly our wedding).

Mr. B is excited. And I'm happy for him. And it's not like we will be seeing each other all the time, because I stay hidden in my little cubicle in an enclosed office while he will be in the warehouse. I only leave my little cubicle to go to the bathroom and to go to lunch.

And the best part is that Mr. B will get his bonus check from Wal-Fart and his vacation pay. Which should be a lot because he has never taken a vacation since starting at Wal-Fart three or four years ago.

And this just makes everything interesting: Mr. B had a dream last night that he was in a storm and saved some old lady twice from lightning and he went and hid under some pipe that was in a ditch. I'm a firm believer that dreams mean something. Especially when a person doesn't dream that often. And Mr. B doesn't dream that often at all. So I went on this website for dream interpretation: Dream Moods and this is what it said for storms:

"To see a storm in your dream, signifies overwhelming struggle, shock, devastating loss and catastrophe in your personal affairs. The storm also represents unexpressed fears or emotions, such as anger, rage, turmoil, etc. On a more positive note, the storm signifies the rising of spirit within.

To dream that you take cover in a storm, foretells that whatever disturbance or problems is occurring in your life will quickly blow over. Consider also the phrase "weather the storm", which suggests your ability and strength to withstand whatever comes."

I think the taking of this new job signifies a disturbance in Mr. B's life because he needs to adjust to a new job (which is pretty demanding physically) but I know he will be fine. You may not see anything in it, but I do.

Sometimes dreams are just dumb and mean nothing, like I had a dream I was driving a tractor-trailer. I did pretty good too! Didn't kill anyone! And I even parked good! And two nights ago I had a dream that I was on that show "Lost", you know the one with the stranded islanders who are being killed one by one by an evil monster? I dreamt that I was on there running away from the monster. It almost had me, but then I found a bunch of people and the monster went away. I was all bruised and scratched up though. Here's what that site has to say about dreams where you are being chased:

"Chase dreams often stem from feelings of anxiety in your walking life. The way we respond to anxiety and pressure in real life is typically manifested as a chase dream. Running is an instinctive response to physical threats in our environment. Often in these dream scenarios, you are being pursued by some attacker, who wants to hurt or possibly kill you. You are running away, hiding, or trying to outwit your pursuer. Chase dreams may represent your way of coping with fears, stress or various situations in your waking life. Instead of confronting the situation, you are running away and avoiding it.Ask yourself who is the one chasing you and you may gain some understanding and insight on the source of your fears and pressure.

The pursuer or attacker who is chasing you in your dream may also represent a part of yourself. Your own feelings of anger, jealousy, fear, and possibly love, can assume the appearance of threatening figure. You may be projecting these feelings onto the unknown chaser. Next time you have a chase dream, turn around and confront your pursuer. Ask them why they are chasing you.

One may be consumed by their own anger, jealousy, love, or self-destructive behavior. For example, you may be drinking too much or exhibiting open hostility toward others around you. You may subconsciously be threatened by these actions which have been jeopardizing your relationships and/or career. Your dreams are a way of calling attention to these self-destructive actions.

A more direct analysis of chase dreams is the fear of being attacked. Such dreams are more common among women than men, who may feel physically vulnerable in the urban environment. These dreams are inspired by fears of violence and sexual assault in which we are so over-exposed from the media. The violence that the media portrays magnifies our fears and how at risk we all are"

And let me tell you, I'm one stressed out girl.... which explains the honking zits I get on my chin all the time.....

*sigh* enough of this chit chat... I've got to run, and here is something that has gotten me even more stressed out:

Iran threatens U.S.
